Ulrich <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />Assistant City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sean Sullivan <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:08 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Boy Scouts Brian (last name not caught) and <br />Courtland Bolles. <br /> <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING NORTHERN STAR COUNCIL, BOY SCOUTS <br />OF AMERICA THREE RIVERS DISTRICT - RUM RIVER SCOUT CAMP <br /> <br />City Administrator City Administrator Ulrich read the inscription on a plaque recognizing the <br />Northern Star Council, Boy Scouts of America Three Rivers District. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig read the conclusion of the proclamation and stated his appreciation to <br />Brian and Courtland and John Andrews and the Northern Star Council. <br /> <br />Fire Chief Kapler presented information about Safety Camp, noting 133 attended Camp and 623 <br />attended the graduation. He commented that Ramsey is fortunate to have this wonderful facility, <br />which the Northern Star Council has allowed the City to use it each year for the two-day Safety <br />Camp. <br /> <br />City Council / August 12, 2008 <br />Page 2 of 26 <br />
