Encourage walkabilty through pedestrian friendly neighborhoods and transportation. <br />II. Maintain land owner rights. <br />III. Employ careful foresight in city planning that includes citizen review, reliance on peer- <br />. reviewed science, and comprehensive data collection and analysis. <br />IV. Involve all citizens in decisions that impact their lives, property and neighborhoods <br />through the use of a facilitated process such as collaborative decision-making. <br />V, Embrace apeople-centered, long-term perspective that nurtures neighborhood and <br />community interactions and meets the needs of the present withouYcompromising the <br />ability of future generations to meet their own needs. <br />VI. Preserve unique natural resources for the community, its residents and future <br />developments. <br />VII.
