CASE # y~ <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOTS 1 AND lA, <br />BLOCK 1, TC TRAIL, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />By:- Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />The City has entered . into a TIF agreement with CTT Properties, LLC (Panther Precision <br />Machine). As a part of the transaction, the city is to convey title to Lots 1 and Lot lA, Block 1, TC - <br />TRAIL to CTT Properties, LLC. On April 8, 2008, the. City Council introduced an ordinance to <br />authorize the sale. That ordinance was adopted on April 22, 2008.
