Council member introduced the following. resolution <br />and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION N0.08-08- <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOTS 1 AND lA, BLOCK 1, TC TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with'CTT Properties; LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, on August 12, <br />2008; <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to approval of the TIF Agreement the land to be conveyed to CTT <br />Properties, LLC legally described as LOTS 1 AND lA, BLOCK 1, TC TRAIL <br />WI~REAS, the fmal draft of the T1F Agreement is dated as of August 12, 2008. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City. of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: <br />LOTS 1 AND lA, BLOCK 1, TC TR.AIL <br />may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the August 12, 2008 Contract for Private <br />Development between the City and CTT Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company <br />and that the City's Mayor and City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary <br />documents to convey said title. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember _ <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. by the Ramsey City Council <br />the <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Administrator - 2 5 9- <br />
