CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota: <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Members Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />.Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Civil Engineer II Leonard Linton <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:04 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />None. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Councilmember Look stated that he would like to pull item 9 from the Consent Agenda and add <br />it as Case #9 on the regular agenda for discussion. <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to approve the Agenda, <br />with the removal of #9 from the Consent Agenda and added as Case #9 on the regular agenda. <br />Further Discussion: City Administrator Ulrich stated that by the applicant has asked that Case <br />#6 on the regular agenda be postponed to July 22, 2008. <br />City Council /July 8, 2008 <br />Page 2 of 12 <br />
