NOW, .THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE -CITY COUNCIL OF THE. CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Items #9 and #10 of the Development Agreement for Ebony Woods shall be amended.. to read as follows: 9. Sewer and Water Trunk Fees. The current sewer and water trunk fees are $3,228.00 per residential dwelling unit. The amount due on the Plat is Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Four Dollars and No Cents ($9,684.00). These charges shall be the responsibility of the DEVELOPER, and will be collected before the release of the plat for recording. Since the Subject Property was assessed as a commercial lot as part of the Ebony Street Improvement Project (IP OS-23) in the amount of Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Nine Dollars and No Cents ($11,869.00), the DEVELOPER is entitled to a credit of Two .Thousand One Hundred Eighty Five Dollars and No Cents ($2,185.00). This credit may be applied to -the remaining development fees associated with the DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. 10. Stormwater Management Fees. The current Stormwater management fees are $425 per residential dwelling unit. Stormwater management fees will only be collected on the two additional lots being created. The amount due- on the Plat is Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars and No Cents ($850.00).
