<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-06-113 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF KNOLL PROPERTIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 12, 2008, Anderson Dahlen, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />properly applied for a minor subdivision to re-plat the following legally described property: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, AEC Energy Park 4th Addition <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05 of City Codes allow for the platting of three lots or less to be <br />processed as a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed the sketch plan as required under Section <br />9.50.05 of the City Code onJune 5,2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the park dedication requirements have been satisfied as part of AEC Energy Park <br />4th Addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant submitted a final plat application on June 12,2008; and.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 24, 2008; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Knoll Properties Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated <br />June 20, 2008 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Olson, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the f<:>llowing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilrnember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
