<br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-_ <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA CQUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY. <br />PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the <br />City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easement encumbering all of Lot 4A, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS <br />PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Said easement is also described as the underlying drainage and utility easement as per Torrens Document <br />No. 408857 and Abstract Document No. 1717205.0 encumbering Lot lA, Block 1 and Outlot A, TC <br />TRAIL, Anoka County, Minnesota. . <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easement encumbering the northerly 10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, SUNFISH <br />LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />. Said easement is also described as the underlying. drainage and utility easement as per Document No. <br />446951 encumbering the Northerly 10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1 and the Northerly 10.00 ofOutlotB;"all in <br />TC TRAIL, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />The drainage and utility easement encumbering that part of Lot t, Block 1, SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS <br />PARK SECOND ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota lying southeasterly of the following described <br />line and its extensions: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 1; thence westerly, along the <br />South line of said Lot 1, a distance of 50.00 feet to the point ofbeginnip.gofthe line to be described; thence <br />northeasterly to a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 1 distant 50.00 feet northerly of said Southeast <br />Corner as measured along said Easterly line and said described line there terminating. <br /> <br />Said easement is also described as the underlying drainage and utility easement as per Document No. <br />446951 encumbering that part of Lot 1, Block 1 and Outlot B, TC TRAIL, Anoka County, Minnesota lying <br />southeasterly of the following described line and its extensions: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of <br />said Lot 1; thence westerly, along the South line of said Lot I, a distance of 50.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning of the line to be described; thence northeasterly to a point on the Easterly line of said Outlot B <br />distant 50.00 feet northerly of said Southeast Corner of Lot 1 as measured along the Easterly line of said <br />Lot 1 and said Easterly line of Outlot B and said described line there terminating. . <br /> <br />-130- <br />
