<br />Commissioner Elvig suggested that the City put together a list of what it would like the <br />incentives to be, what the problems are that the City would like to solve, and put out some RFPs <br />and see what programs are offered to the City. <br /> <br />Commissioner Look stated that he would like to consider how many foreclosed homes the City is <br />targeting and how the. money will be spent. <br /> <br />Chairperson Olson noted that generally these programs have a fixed dollar amount allocated for <br />them. <br /> <br />HRA Executive Director Prolik agreed that these incentive programs are generally, first come, <br />first served. <br /> <br />Commissioner Elvig asked if Ms. Snyder had a list of talking points for the City to consider. <br /> <br />Ms. Snyder stated that she does and will send it to HRA Executive Director Prolik. <br /> <br />Commissioner Gamec stated that he would also like information on what programs other <br />communities, similar to Ramsey, are doing. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that he will schedule this discussion for a future meeting. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER INPUT <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich asked the Council to take a look at the new fire truck on display in <br />front of the building prior to the City Council meeting. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Jeffrey, seconded by Commissioner Look, to close the regular meeting <br />of the.
