<br /> <br /> <br />Anderson Dahlen, Inc. is <br />a job shop that specializes in <br />the design and manufactur- <br />ing of stainless steel parts and <br />equipment for many different <br />industries. Anderson Dahlen, <br />Inc. has been in business <br />since 1948 and was originally <br />located Minneapolis. In 2000, they <br />moved to the city of Ramsey and are <br />located at 6850 Sunwood Drive in <br />an 84,000 S.F. facility. Much of the equipment <br />they produce is used to process the <br />food we eat every day. Products like <br />breal(fast cereal, snack foods, pack- <br />aged meats, bottled drinl(s, frozen <br />dinners, cal(e mixes, mill( products, <br />and juices are processed with equip- <br />ment that was manufactured by <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Ramsey Seniors <br /> <br />The Ramsey Seniors met on June 26. <br />In addition to the pot luck luncheon, there <br />was a wonderful musical program put on <br />by Tony Gary which was very enjoyable <br />and a lot of fun. <br />On July 24, the Senior's met at Cen- <br />tral Park - what a great place for a picnic. <br />Everyone brought a delicious dish to <br />share and then we played several games <br />brought in by members. <br />The Ramsey Seniors morn the loss of <br />one of their beloved members, Rosemary <br />Dressel, who was killed in an accident on <br />Highway 10 in July 2008. <br />The Ramsey Seniors meet the fourth <br />Thursday of each month at Ramsey Fire <br />Station #1, 15050 Armstrong Boulevard <br />NW, Ramsey. In addition to the <br />new building, Anderson Dahlen, Inc. <br />has purchased a new water-jet cutting <br />machine, a new horizontal boring bar, <br />and a new vertical turning lathe. The <br />2008 expansion will be used to add <br />additional capacity to their machining <br />and welding facilities. The company <br />is currently seel(ing qualified machin- <br />ists.
