<br />g. Use of Revenue. All revenue generated through the lease of City <br />owned property for wireless telecommunication towers and antennas <br />shall be made payable to the City of Ramsey and transmitted to the <br />City's Department of Finance. <br /> <br />Revenue shall be credited as follows: <br /> <br />1. To the specific operating activity using the land upon which the <br />wireless telecommunication towers and antennas are located: <br /> <br />a. To the Water Utility Fund when located on water utility <br />property; <br /> <br />b. To the Park Improvement Fund if located on park or open <br />space land; <br /> <br />c. Any revenues not meeting the above criteria shall be <br />applied as general revenues of the General Fund. <br /> <br />9.15.07 Co-location Requirements. All commercial wireless telecommunication <br />towers erected, constructed, or located within the City shall comply with the following <br />requirements: <br /> <br />a. A proposal for a new commercial wireless telecommunication <br />service tower shall not be approved unless the City Council finds <br />that the telecommunications. equipment planned for the proposed <br />tower cannot be accommodated on an existing or approved tower or <br />building within a one (1) mile search radius of the proposed tower <br />due to one or more of the following reasons: <br /> <br />1. The planned equipment would exceed the structural capacity of <br />the existing or approved tower or building, as documented by a <br />qualified and licensed professional engineer, and the existing <br />or approved tower cannot be reinforced, modified, or replaced <br />to accommodate planned or equivalent equipment at a <br />reasonable cost. <br /> <br />2. The planned equipment would cause interference materially <br />impacting the usability of other existing or planned equipment <br />at the tower or building as documented by a qualified <br />professional and the interference cannot be prevented at a <br />reasonable cost. <br /> <br />3. Existing or approved towers and buildings within the search <br />radius cannot accommodate the planned equipment at a height <br />
