ORDINANCE NO. 08~_ CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND UTILITY PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851 SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: All that part oithe drainage and utility easement lying within Lot lA, Block 1, Te TRAIL, Anoka County, Minnesota and dedicated on the plat of SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK, recorded as Torrens Document No. 408857 and Abstract Document No. 1717205.0, EXCEPT those parts lying within the drainage and utility easements dedicated on said plat of TC TRAIL. AND All that part of the drainage and utility easement across the northerly 10.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, TC TRAIL, Anoka County, Minnesota and dedicated on the plat of SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, recorded as Document No. 446951, EXCEPT those parts lying within the drainage and utility easements dedicated on said plat of TC TRAIL. AND All that part of the drainage and utility easement lying within Lot I, Block 1, TC TRAIL, Anoka County, Minnesota and dedicated on the plat of SUNFISH LAKE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, recorded as Document No. 446951, being described as lying southeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point on the south line of said Lot 1 distant 50.00 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said Lot 1: thence northeasterly to a point on the easterly line of Outlot B, TC TRAIL distant 50.00 feet northerly of said southeast corner 'of Lot 1, as measured along the easterly lines of said Lot 1 and Outlot B, and said line there terminating. EXCEPT those parts lying within the drainage and utility easements dedicated on said plat of TC TRAIL.
