<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey PlanniJ;lg Commission conducted a regular meeting on Thursday, August 7,2008, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson Michael Nixt <br />Commissioner Ralph Brauer <br />Commissioner Teresa Cleveland <br />Commissioner Ralph Hunt <br />Commissioner Gary Van Scoy <br />Commissioner Bryan Rogers <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Gary Levine <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt called the regular meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt advised of the addition of Case #3, Presentation of Final Report from the <br />Ramse~ Committee. <br /> <br />The agenda was approved as revised. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilmember Cleveland requested a revision to the motion on Page 16 to indicate that the two <br />landlocked parcels were excluded from the Cell Tower Overlay District. She stated she did not <br />think the Commission was in a position to eliminate the Enstrom parcel because it involved two <br />parties and the other party was not present at the meeting. She stated when she voted on the <br />motion, it was her understanding, only one parcel was excluded. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Cleveland, seconded by Commissioner VanScoy, to approve the <br />following minutes as revised above: <br /> <br />Planning Commission I August 7, 2008 <br />Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br />P19 <br />
