<br />City Attorney Goodrich noted that the City needs to make sure that this is unde the corporate <br />name and not the individuals. <br /> <br />Councilmember Jeffrey noted that the Council has approved some events for th property and <br />asked if those events will transfer with the business or become null and void. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated that the CUP events go with the land but he isn't sure about the <br />special events. <br /> <br />Police Chief Way noted that this application is for the liquor establishment w 'ch was kept <br />separate from the surrounding properties. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig asked if the City has a limit on the amount of on-sale li enses it could <br />Issue. <br /> <br />City Attorney Goodrich .stated that the City does not have a limit. <br /> <br />Motion by Couricilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to appr ve an on-sale, <br />Sunday and 2:00 a.m. intoxicating liquor license application for Ol'Skool Bar and rill, LLC. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Jeffrey stated that he wanted to publicly th Gary Gruber. <br />for his service to the community. He stated that Mr. Gruber held numerous events for the <br />children and youth of the community. He stated that he wishes Mr. Gruber wel and hopes he <br />stays near the community because he has really done a lot to service the communi . <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #4: <br /> <br />Consider Reduction in Development Fees for the Anderson Da <br />Expansion <br /> <br /> <br />Associate Planner Gladhill stated that at the June 24, 2008 Council meeting, derson Dahlen <br />requested the City consider a reduction in their trunk fees. He stated that this w discussed at <br />the EDA and they recommended a reduction for the sanitary sewer and trunk line from $50,818 <br />down to $25,883. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Olson clarified that the City didn't want to set a precede , so they were <br />overly cautious in looking at this situation. He noted that they are not expand' g across a lot <br />line. <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig stated that he appreciates that everyone was willing to tak a look at this <br />and discuss options.
