<br />City of Ramsey <br /> <br />To whom it may concern <br />Notice of public hearing for Lynette Randall <br /> <br />Lynette has a wonderfu1love for pets and I do not see nor have I had any issues with the <br />dogs running at "large". I have seen one time where Lynette was calling in her 2 little <br />ones and she was definitely in control of the situation. My family has not been disrupted <br />by any barking while in our yard or home. Her family, to my knowledge, takes great <br />care of the dogs and I feel she should be able to keep them, with a kennel license, without <br />a problem. The Randall's are a lovely family and take pride in their home and yard. You <br />can't even tell they have the dogs by the way the yard looks, it's beautiful. <br /> <br />.
