<br />Town Center sign regulations allow for a maximum of2 awning signs, and ifthey.are the main <br />sign for the business, they cannot be used in conjunction with a wall sign. Ramsey Office Plaza <br />received a sign permit for 1 awning sign earlier this year for Fountains of Ramsey, which is <br />located on the east wall facing the patio/fountain area. <br /> <br />The Applicant is requesting a conditional use permit to install 2 more wall signs on the north and <br />south ground level to identify Fountains of Ramsey from Sunwood Drive and the parking lot. <br />The signs consist of channel letters that would not exceed 18 inches in height, and the wall space <br />occupied for each sign would be 30 square feet <br /> <br />Town Center sign regulations restrict directory signs to 4 square feet (e.g., 2' x 2'), with letter <br />heights restricted to no more than 4 inches. The Applicant is proposing a 24 square foot . <br />directory sign at the buildmg entrance on Sunwood Drive, with letter sizes ranging from 2.75 to <br />4.5 inches in height . <br /> <br />The building footprint is 17,000+ square feet and has a total 3-story area of 54,000 square feet <br />As mentioned earlier, the Town Center sign regulations are very restrictive.
