<br />ORDINANCE #08-_ <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />.STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WInCH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND <br />SUBDIVISION OF LANI)CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.1L08 (OFF-STREET PARKING) AND <br />9.11.09 (OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES REQUIRED) OF THE RAMSEY CITY <br />CODE. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1 AUTHORITY <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the City Charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br /> <br />. SECTION 2 .REPEAL AND AMEND <br /> <br />- . <br />Section 9.11.08 of the Ramsey City Code is hereby repealed and replaced with the following <br />text: <br /> <br />9.11.08 <br /> <br />Residential Off-Street Parking. <br /> <br />Subd.1. <br /> <br />Ceneral Previsiens; <br /> <br />0.. .'\.11 off stre~ paf1dng areas shall be surfaced 'yvith blucktop or concrete <br />except fo~ rural residential uses. :\ny other surface material shall require <br />appro'/al by the City Council. Such area shall be graded and drained so as <br />to dispose of all surface 'y','Uter accumulation.as determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />b. ..\i1 off street pm-Icing spaces shall have acoess off dri',e'yvays and not <br />directly off the public street unless otherwise appro',ed by City Council. . <br /> <br />c. When application of these regulations results in a requirement of a <br />fractional SpUC6, any. fruction . up to and including one half shall be <br />disregarded.
