So, everything was settled. Teddy was coming along, Trotter was doing well and
we had all the dogs we wanted.

Then, my friend Heather told me about 2 little Dachshund puppies. that her sister
had staying at her house. The puppies were homeless because their owner - Heather's
sister's mother in law - had been put in j ail for meth. Heather knew I loved Dachsies ai1d
wanted to mow if I could take them. I said I just couldn't. The puppies went to stay
with anothetrelative. This didn't work: out - the girl lived in an apartment and worked a
. lot. The puppies again needed a home. Heather again asked if we could take them. This
time I agreed. Max & Mitzi were just 10 weeks. old when they-came to live with us.
They were under-nourished and had cigarette burns on them from the meth addict.
Today, Max & Mitzi are healthy, happy and playful puppies. We adore them. They love
to play, play and play~ ..

To summarize - all of our pets are LOVED and extremely well car~d for. They
are all rescued animals from shelters or were homeless. They are all spayed/neutered.
They are all current on all vaccinations. They are all licensed. Attached is the supporting
documentation. All dogs are inside dogs. They are never outside without being on a tie-
out, leash or under direct supervision.

We appreciate your time and understanding iri considering our Coriditional Use
. application. .

5
