App. Div. 2008) <br /> <br />NEW JERSEY (06/23/2008)-Both the New Jersey townships of <br />Jackson and Egg Harbor had zoning brdinances that required certain <br />exactions as a condition of developme1;1t approvals for all sizeable resi- <br />dential developments. <br />Jackson Township's ordinance required a minirillim percentage of a <br />tract of land proposed for development to be set aside for open space. It <br />also required that all residential development provide 12,5 acres of land <br />to be used for recreational purposes per one thousand projected residents <br />of the development.
