That the maximum allowable square footage for accessory buildings on the Subject Property. <br />is 2,200 and the combination of the existing and proposed accessory buildmg square footage <br />will not exceed this limit. <br /> <br />.10. That in accordance with City Code, the proposed building will be constructed of materials <br />similar to that of the home (vinyl siding to match color of stucco home and shingles to match <br />those on home). <br /> <br />11. That the proposed accessory building will meet or exceed all applicable setbacks. <br /> <br />12. That the Applicants have obtained the signatures. of two (2) neighboring property owners, <br />including the neighbor closest to the proposed construction site, supporting this request. <br /> <br />13.
