Absent: Board Members Brauer and Nixt. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Board Business <br /> <br />Chairperson vail SCQY called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Van Scoy~ seconded by Board Member Levine, to adopt Resolution #08- <br />07-118 adopting Findings of Fact #0828 relating to the applicant's request for a variance to <br />construct an accessory structure closer to, the front property line than the principal structure <br />located at 14630 Bowers Drive NW. ' <br /> <br />Motion Carried. V oting Yes: Chairperson Van' Scoy, Board Members Levine, Cleveland, Hunt, <br />and Rogers. Voting No: None. Ahsent: Board Members Brauer and Nixt. <br /> <br />Board Member Brauer arrived at 7:09 p.m. and indicated that due to his late arrival, he would be <br />abstaining from action on this agenda.item. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Board Member Cleveland, to adopt Resolution <br />#08-07'-119 granting approval of the applicant's request for- a variance at 14630 Bowers Drive <br />NW, based on the fmdings of fact, and declaring terms of the same. <br /> <br />Motion Carried.
