We are recommending that the formal adoption occur at the regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 9,2008. The public hearing dates must be certified to Anoka County by Monday, September 15, 2008; therefore, the City Council must make a decision as to the dates selected for the 2009 public hearing( s) at tonights meeting. Funding Source: None required.
