<br />Funding: <br /> <br />As this requirement for a comprehensive plan amendment was an oversight on the City's part, <br />the City is not seeking compensation from the property owners for staff time associated with <br />processing th<il amendment. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Planning Commission met on Thursday, September 4t\ 2008 and held a Public Hearing.
