<br />The City and the State will participate in the <br /> <br />maintenance and operation of the new Traffic Control Signal and <br /> <br />EVP System. <br /> <br />CONTRACT <br /> <br />1. Anoka County will prepare the necessary plan, <br /> <br />specifications and proposal, (Preliminary Engineering). Anoka <br /> <br />County will also perform all necessary construction inspection, <br /> <br />(Construction Engineering). The State reserves the right to <br /> <br />periodically inspect the project. <br /> <br />2. The Cost of Construction (Construction Cost) <br /> <br />consists of the contract cost of the work or, if the work is not <br /> <br />contracted, the actual cost of all labor, materials, and <br /> <br />equipment rental required to complete the work. Construction <br /> <br />Cost does not include the cost of providing the power supply to <br /> <br />the service pole or pad. <br /> <br />3. Anoka County, with its own resources or by <br /> <br />contract, will remove the existing traffic control signal and <br /> <br />install a new Traffic Control Signal and EVP System on Trunk <br /> <br />Highway No. 10 at County State Aid Highway No. 57 (Sunfish Lake <br /> <br />Boulevard), pursuant .to the Anoka County plans and <br />specifications for State Project No. 0202-85 (T.H. 10=003). The <br /> <br />cost participation for the new Traffic Control Signal and EVP <br />System pay items (including State Furnished Materials) for this <br /> <br />project will be covered in Municipal Agreement No. 92833, <br /> <br />between Anoka County and the State. <br /> <br />-3- <br />92644M <br /> <br />-121- <br />
