<br />7. That the accessory structure shall. be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with <br />all applicable Uniform Building Codes. <br /> <br />8. That the construction of the new accessory structure shall meet all applicable setbacks. <br /> <br />9. That the Permittee herein agrees that a business will not be operated in the accessory <br />structure unless it is in accordance with City Code, subject to City approval. <br /> <br />10. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied with. <br /> <br />11. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />12. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />13.
