<br />Councilmemb~r Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-05-093 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSIDERING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S PERFORMANCE <br />EVALUATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a six month, 360 degree performance evaluation was completed for the City <br />Administrator for September 17,2007 - March 17,2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Administrator discussed the City <br />Administrator's performance in closed session on May 20,2008; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was the consensus of the City Council that Mr. Ulrich's performance was <br />satisfactory; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council desired to amend Mr. Ulrich's Employment Agreement to <br />include six months of severance and a salary increase to $118,656, effective March 17, 2008. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That based upon satisfactory performance, the City Council amends Mr. Ulrich's <br />Employment Agreement to include six months severance and a salary increase to <br />$118,656, effective March 17,2008. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Strommen, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
