The type of density transition, as required by Section 9.20.05 Subd 3.c o/City Code, that <br />will be utilized as part of the land use shall be identified and approved by the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />No density transition is required for this project. The adjacent properties are not <br />located near the proposed church building. . <br /> <br />7. No urban development, other than cluster subdivisions as allowed by Section 9.20.11 of <br />City Code, will be considered north a/Trott Brook until the compl~tion of the <br />Comprehensive Plan Update. <br /> <br />This property is south of Trott Brook. <br /> <br />The intent of the Central Rural Reserve land use district is to. preserve the land within the district <br />for future urban development, and prohibit the addition of large-lot, rural lots.
