<br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-09-_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF <br />SAINT KATHARINE DREXEL CATHOLIC CHURCH <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Community, hereafter referred to as <br />"Developer", properly applied for fmal plat approval of the following described property located in the <br />City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Thatpart of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying easterly ofthe west 185 feet thereof. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot, 1, Block 1, Outlots A and B, Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota; <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 3, 2008, the City of Ramsey received an application for sketch plan <br />review of Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Church; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 3, 2008, the Planning Commission reviewed the application and <br />provided feedback to the developer regarding the. proposed minor subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 10, 2008, the City of Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission meet <br />and recommended a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 6, 2008, the City Council met in work session to review the proposed <br />development project for Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic Community and reached a consensus to <br />accept a contribution to satisfy pfITk dedication requirements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 5, 2008, the Developer submitted the fmal plat documents for <br />approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final plat substantially conforms to the sketch plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Saint Katharine Drexel Catholic <br />Church in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a) Compliance with the City Staff Review Letter dated September 18,2008; <br />b) The submittal of finalized plans; <br />d) .
