<br />The following official summary of Ordinance #08-XX has been approved by the City Council of <br />the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and.effect of the Ordinance. <br /> <br />This Ordinance #08-XX will amend the section of Code which.requires that the physical site of <br />the charitable gambling organization headquarters of the registered business office of the <br />organization be located in the City of Ramsey (7.61.05d). Code is amended to allow Anoka <br />organizations with fifty percent (50%) or more of their members or participants being Ramsey <br />residents to be allowed to apply for a premise permit to conduct charitable gambling in Ramsey. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
