Mr. Gladhill stated that this issue also impacts the parcel for BOB FM
which is currently hooked up to urban services. He stated that Ramsey-Arbor Properties would
like to pull a building permit this year, which is why staff is asking to put through a
Comprehensive Plan amendment because the current Comprehensive Plan update will not be
completed soon enough.

Councilmember Dehen asked if the sewer and water will go all the way down Riverdale Drive.

Associate Planner Gladhill stated that the lines run down Armstrong Boulevard south of Hwy 10
to the SE comer of the BOB FM site.

Motion by Councilmember Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Dehen, to adopt the Resolution
#08-09-172 approving the amendment and authorizing staff to submit the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment to Metropolitan Council for approval.

Motion carried.
