Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Amber Miller <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Associate Planner Timothy Gladhill <br />City Attorney William G~odrich <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:08 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by COUncilmember Elvig. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION TO DAUGHTERS OF THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION, ANOKA <br />CHAPTER, TO CELEBRATEIPROCLAIM CONSTITUTION WEEK 2008 <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented Daughters of the American Revolution representative, Joanie Moses, <br />With a plaque that declared September 17-23 as U.S. Constitution week. <br /> <br />Ms. Moses thanked the City for this proclamation and noted that both Governor Pawlenty and <br />President Bush had also declared U.S. Constitution Week. She stated that the three duties of <br />the Daughters of the American Revolution are to promote education, patriotism and historic <br />preservation.
