The provisions of ~9.03.04~, Subd. 42g are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />b. Open or outdoor service, sale, display and rental as a principal use, provided <br />that: <br /> <br />1. The use does not take up parking space or loading area as required for <br />conformity to this Chapter. <br /> <br />2. Sales area is surfaced with asphalt bituminous or concrete and fInished <br />with continuous concrete burbing.material to control dust. <br /> <br />3. The provisions of ~9.03.04~, Subd. ~4g are considered and <br />satisfactorily met. <br /> <br />c. Indoor retail, renta~ or service activity, or industrial uses other than that <br />allowed as a permitted use or conditional use within this Section provided <br />that: . <br /> <br />1.
