<br />3. That the following signs be posted on the Subject Roadway: <br /> <br />a) Both sides of the Subject Roadway shall be signed for "No Parking" if determined as- <br />necessary by the City; <br /> <br />b) A sign shall be posted at the entry point of the Subject Roadway indicating its status asa <br />Minimum-Maintenance road. The sign posted must conform to the Minnesota Manual on <br />Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br /> <br />4. That the only maintenance that the City will provide for the Subject Roadway is as follows: <br /> <br />Annual inspection by City Staff of the Subject Roadway on or before July I of each year to <br />determine its status and that its condition is in compliance with its construction standards as <br />described in Paragraph 2. above. <br /> <br />4. Upon determination by City Staff that the Subject Roadway is in substantial non-conformance <br />with the construction standards described in Paragraph 2. above, the City shall reconsider this <br />Resolution and take appropriate action, including the possibility of revoking the Subject <br />Roadway's Minimum-Maintenance designation. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Elvig <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />none <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #08-07-131 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
