City was contacted by the City of Anoka regarding a joint <br />community guide project. Staff has met with and received a proposal from Prime <br />Advertising and Design for a joint Anoka~Ramsey Community Resource and Residents <br />Guide or a Ramsey Community Resource and Residents Guide. The cost for the joint <br />Anoka~Ramsey guide would be $2,064 (cost of postage); the Ramsey guide would be <br />$10,767 (postage and printing). <br /> <br />In addition, Prime Advertising and Design submitted a proposal for the City newsletter. <br />The cost of each newsletter would be $7,016 (design, printing, and mailing). The cost of <br />production could be red1.lced by a ma."{imum of $1,700 per issue tor ad sales, for a net <br />cost of $5316. Currently, the costs of producing each newsletter are $5884 (printing and <br />mailing). <br /> <br />The proposals from Prime Advertising and Design are attached for Council review, <br /> <br />Council Action: <br />Does Council wish to pursue a joint Anoka~Ramsey Community Resource & Residents <br />Guide or a Ramsey only guide, or neither?
