The City will promote the availability of the Guide 011 the City <br />website, local TV, City newsletter and any other official City publication. The City will issue <br />a press rele~lse announcing Prime Advertising & Design is now the Official COl'nmunity <br />Resource & Resident's Guide, which provides a continuous circle of co.tnmunication <br />between the City, Businesses and Resident's of the City of Ramsey. <br />The only cost the City would incur is the postage to mail to all homes, apm:tments ~md <br />businesses in Ramsey. The estimate from the US Post Office for Ramsey is 7,968. The <br />annual cost for this distribution will be approximately $2,063.90, based on current postal <br />rates and deliverable addresses. Our total distribution will be minimum of 20,000 guides <br />which you can use to hand out to new residents and businesses throughout the year.
