Each topic area explains In some detail <br />suggestions for policy changes to prod\,lcEl movement towards the goal. In future phases, the City hopes to <br />develop more specific polley strategies and tools to begin implementation to meet the goals established in <br />this document. <br /> <br />This document is intended for use by Ramsey's residents. elected officials and City staff.
