Site plan <br />approval schedule for October 14,2008. <br /> <br />5175 142nd Avenue NW: Nothing to report. <br /> <br />14050 Basalt Street: Nothing New to report. <br /> <br />14220 Basalt St NW: Asset Resources, 14,329 SF Project complete. . <br /> <br />14230 Basalt St NW: Asset Resources, 14,329 SF Project complete. <br /> <br />6590 141st Avenue: Demolition is complete, and site has been grubbed and prepped for <br />development. Staff is negotiating with Production Design Products for an expansion and <br />reconfiguration of its existing business. <br /> <br />14105 Azurite Street: The TAG Machine project has been moving very slowly but a concept <br />plan has been approved by both City Staff and the potential owner. A storm water solution is <br />being worked on by Hakanson-Anderson and it appears that an above ground system could meet <br />the projects needs.
