-142- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00- <br /> (PC FOF 00-0~4) <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDING OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST <br />FROM REBECCA WlSSLER FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERlVHT FOR A HOME <br />OCCUPATION FOR A HAIR AND T,42¢NING SALONG LOCATED AT 6614 153rd <br />LANE NW. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City, of Ramsey received an application from Rebecca Wissler for a <br />conditionai use permit for a home occupation to operate a hair and tanning salon within the <br />dwelling on the property generally known as 661.4 153rd Lane NW and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the south half of the norttieast quarter of Section 22, Township 32 Range <br />25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows commencing at a point on the south <br />line of said south half of northeast quarter a distance of 1533.76 feet west from the <br />southeast comer of said south half of northeast quarter thence west along said line a <br />distance of 135.0 feet thence north at right angles to said south line a distance of 323.0 <br />feet thence east and parallel with said south line a distance of 135.0 feet thence south at <br />right angles to last course a distance of 323.0 feet to the point of commencement (subject <br />to easement of record).. <br /> <br />(the "S ubj ect Property") <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS PLANNING COMMISSION 'OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOICk COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the findings of <br />fact relating to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />That on August 15, 2000, Rebecca Wissler, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />properly applied for a conditional use permit for a home occupation to establish and <br />operate a hair and tanning salon in her home. <br /> <br />That the Applicant appeared before the Ramsey Planning Commission for a public <br />hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the City Code on September 5, 2000, and that said <br />public heating was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are <br />hereby incorporated as a part of these findings by reference. <br /> <br />3. That the Subject Property is zoned R-t Rural Residential. <br /> <br />4. That the Subject Property. is approximately .7 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That beauty salons are not a permitted use in the R-I Rural Residential District. <br /> <br /> <br />
