Subject to an <br />easement for road purposes over the Northeasterly 33 feet thereof. <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />Th/s Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the erection of a six (6) foot high wood, privacy fence in the front <br /> yard of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />That the fence shall be located entirely on the Permittee's property unless a permit is granted <br />by Mn/DOT to encroach on the T.H. #47 fight-of-way and the Permittee shall be responsible <br />for providing the citY with a copy of said permit. <br /> <br />4. That the Permittee shall attach reflective address numbers at least four (4) inches in height <br /> on the fence in a location that is clearly visible from the driveway and public road. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittee shall be responsible for maintaining the surface and structure of the fence <br /> as necessary to prevent the fence from becoming unkempt in appearance. <br /> <br />6. That the CitY Administrator, or his./her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />7. The Permittee agrees that th~'s Permit shall be binding upon their successors and assigns. <br /> <br />8.
