Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-10- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE' ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT FOR <br />PRIVATE DOG KENNEL TO MAINTAIN MORE THAN TWO DOGS ON A PARCEL <br />OF LAND. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #00-10-' adopting <br />Findings of Fact #~ to maintain more than two (2) dogs on a parcel and herein approves the <br />Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On , a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Amy Ross ("Permittee") for a private dog kennel to maintain more than two adult <br />dogs on the property generally known as 8100 154~ Avenue and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 12, Whispering Pines Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. This Permit shall remain in effect so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied <br /> with. <br /> <br />2. This Permit shall allow for the maintenance of a maximum of six (6) adult dogs on the <br /> Subject Property and an adult dog is defined as any dog over three (3) months of age. <br /> <br />The Permittee agrees that nb more than four (4) dogs can be kenneled outside at any one <br />time, except that all six (6) dogs may be exercised outside under the owners control during <br />the hours of 7:00am- 8:00pm. <br /> <br />4. The Permittee agrees that all six (6) dogs will be kenneled indoors by 8:.00pm every evening. <br /> <br />Upon confirmation of any complaints of odor or noise problems relating to the dogs, the <br />City may take action to abate the nuisance in accordance with Section 5.09.03 (Dog <br />Regulations), subd. 18. (Dogs Disturbing the Peace), of the Ramsey City Code, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />.161- <br /> <br /> <br />
