CASE ID <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 ADMINISTRATION OF CITY <br />AFFAIRS, SECTION 6.3 OF THE CITY CHARTER CREATING THE SEPARATE <br />POSITION OF CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND CITY CLERK AND <br />ESTABLISHING THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK <br /> By: Kim Moore-Sykes, Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On September 26, 2000, Council introduced an ordinance that Would amend the Home Rule <br />Charter for the City of Ramsey, by separating the position of the City Administrator and the City <br />Clerk and establishing the position of City Clerk. That ordinance is now being presented for <br />formal adoption. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #00-XXX amending various chapters and sections of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the city of Ramsey.
