St~. ~ 16A,15 : <br />This Contracl is between Lhe State gl Minnesota, acting through its Commissioner of Transporladon, and Contractor as follows: <br /> <br />SA TOTALS <br /> <br />~MOUNT <br /> <br />Whereas <br /> <br />Whereas: <br /> <br />Whereas: <br /> <br />This Contract provides, among other things, for construction of storm sewer, signal systems, <br />grading, aggregate base, and surfacing of T.H. 47, CSAH 5, and Sunwood Drive in Ramsey, and <br /> <br />There is additional work to grading and a new sound and screening wall, of this Contract, S.P. <br />0206-50, that would better serve the citizem of Rarnsey, and <br /> <br />Furthermore, the City of Ramsey has issued plan additions to the Contract. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HF, REBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />The Contractor is hereby directed to modiO the construction of tiffs Contract in accordance with the <br />additional plan sheets, numbered lx - xx. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />By signing this Agreement it_he Contractor acknowledges receipt of the plan sheets, .which are hereby <br />incorporated into the Contract by reference. <br /> <br />3) Payment for these adctifiorks will be paid as shown in the Estimate of Cost. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Contract Time will not be revised except as provided under the Contract Provisions of Mn/DOT <br />Specificadon 1806. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />The Contractor shall not make claim of any kind or character whatsoever for any other costs or <br />expenses which they may have incurred or which they may hereafter incur, in performing the work <br />and furnishing the mater/als required by dais Agreement. <br /> <br />-238- <br /> <br /> <br />
