He stated that he is a big supporter of a community <br />center and would assist anyone in their efforts for moving forward with such a project. <br /> <br />Kelly ?, RYAA Board Member, stated that she fully supports the idea of the community <br />center and felt that RYAA needs to commit to working with the City Council and the <br />Park Board. <br /> <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Boos noted that he does not have any concerns with the <br />Council's operational budget. He stated that the majority of the problem is staffing <br />related because the bulk of there work force is high school or college students who are <br />not available when the work is needed the most. <br /> <br />-259- <br /> <br /> <br />
