Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-10-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASH DISBURSEMENTS MADE AND AUTHORIZING <br />PAYMENT OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE INVOICING RECEIVED DURING THE <br />PERIOD OF September 30, 2000 THROUGH October 13, 2000 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has made cash disbursements and <br />received accounts payable invoicing during the period of September 30, 2000 through October <br />13, 2000, in the amount of $ 527,210.64; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to authorize payment for <br />all disbursement transactions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE,' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the cash disbursements made and' <br />authorizes payment of the accounts payable invoices as detailed in the attached Bills List <br />for the period September 30, 2000, through October 13, 2000, in the amount of <br />$527,210.64. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution waS:declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 24"' day of October 2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-20- <br /> <br /> <br />
