We track that a couple of different ways. Keeping track of rental listings in <br />the local papers has been our best source to date. <br /> <br />If known, how many single-family rentals are in your community? <br />Currently there are 57 single-family rentals in Ramsey <br /> <br />What percentage of the s.f. housing stock does this represent? <br />0.8% <br /> <br />Foreclosures <br />What steps have taken to address foreclosures in your community? <br />We are in the process of prioritizing this issue with our HRA, to date we have done nothing specific <br />.. . <br /> <br />How many foreclosures have you experienc~d in 2008? <br />198 <br /> <br />What percentage of the housing stock? <br />2.5% <br /> <br />How many single-family vacancies? <br />We have no way of capturing this number. We have 43 single family units that started construction that <br />have never been finaled and the builder or developer is no longer operating.
