Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #00-06-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTI~4CT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #99-66, #99-68, AND #00-28 A.K.A. 2000 STORM WATER <br />PROJECTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #00-06-were adopted by Ramsey City Council on May 9, 2000, <br />authorizing the preparation of plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution#00-05- was adopted by Ramsey City Council approving the <br />plans and specifications and the advertisement for bids for the above-referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Improvement Project #99-66, <br />#99-68, and #00-28 a.k.a 2000 Storm Water Projects, bids were received, opened and tabulated <br />according to law on June 8, 2000; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the following quotes were received for Improvement Project #00-27: <br /> <br />Bidder Amount of Bid <br /> <br />Meadowvale Construction Inc. <br />W.B.
