The 100 square foot sign space per parcel may be inadequate for str/p mails or multi-tenant <br />buildings. Planning Commission recommends approval of the request to exceed the sign size <br />and height restriction. This resuits in a total sign space of 250 square feet, with the sign not to <br />exceed 30 feet in height. None of the individual business identification spaces on the pylon sign <br />should exceed 100 square feet. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Resolution #00-06-__ adopting Findings of Fact #06__ relating to North Lake <br />Properties (W,L. Johnson) request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion to approve North Lake Properties (W.L. Johnson) request to exceed sign size and height <br />restrictions based on the findings of fact, and adopt Resolution #00-06-__ declaring terms of <br />conditional use permit. <br /> <br />-orq <br /> <br />Motion to deny North Lake Properties (W.L.
