IN THE AMOUNT OF $7,850 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the Finance Committee meeting of June 13, 2000, staff presented a <br />request for the purchase of an NT server for the Police Department; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, quotes were obtained from two vendors, Netmark, Inc. and LOGIS with <br />Netmark offering the lower quote of $7,355 plus sales tax. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that the purchase of an NT server can be completed <br />utilizing $7,850 budgeted within the Police Departments General Fund budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The Ramsey City Council hereby authorizes the purchase of an NT server from Netmark, <br /> Inc. in the not to exceed amount of $7,850 which includes sales tax. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13t~' day of June,2000. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />-309- <br /> <br /> <br />
