Anderson <br />Councilmember Margaret Connolly <br />Councilmember Terry Hendriksen <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James Norman <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br /> · / , <br />Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Human Resources Manager Rhonda Heryla <br />Police Chief David Gustafson <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:07 p.m. and <br />Councilmember Zimmerman led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />At Mayor Gamec's invitation, Mike Thorud, 14821 Kamacite Street NW, introduced himself and <br />stated he attends Anoka High School.
