EXHIBIT A Required Properties Fee Title Properties Oakwood Land Development, Inc. (10.32-25-34-0013): That part of Lot 2, Block I GEBERT'S ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying westerly of the westerly boundary of Tract A and lying northerly of the following described line: Commencing at.the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence North 00 degrees 12 minutes 57 seconds West, on an assumed bearing along the west line of said Lot 2, a distance of292.94 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 76 degrees 25 minutes 07 seconds East a distance 01'215.09 feet to the westerly boundary of said Tract A, and there terminating. Said Tract A is described as follows: An 80 foot strip ofland over, under, and across part of Lots 1 and 2, said Block 1 GEBERT'S ADDITION.
